Okay, I'm a little confused. What happens with the simulations to make it switch up our entire line-ups? My third string goalie (who was in the minors) started my last game.
And how can I stop this from happening?

I can't vouch for how the sim runs. All I can do is remove a player from a max-ed out team (usually the case), and auto-line the teams. This sim had the same issues in BRHL2. Multiple times Farm back-ups would start even though they werent in the lineups. I try to watch for it, but when only the teams with errors don't allow me to sim, it's hard to go through every team to make sure they have the exact lineup intended.
The only thing that you can do as a GM is submit lines.

I've had some issues recently as well. After the last sim Exelby was called up after no injuries or anything.

And how can I stop this from happening? You had Eddie Lack get injured due to exhaustion. If he gets injured, he gets called up and sits on your Pro Roster I believe especially if the Sim has to do an Auto Roster or Partial Auto Roster to fix some holes in your lineup. When you submit lines, do you select the "Full Farm Roster" button in the client?

Actually, it was Nathan Lawson who played a game. But good to know. I think the auto-sim may be putting three goalies on all the squads.

And yes, I put full farm roster. Not entirely sure what that does, mind.

And yes, I put full farm roster. Not entirely sure what that does, mind. Full Farm Roster means no "Unknown Players" can be used. When you get an injury on the farm, the Sim looks for a roster player to fill the hole. Without the Full Farm Roster checked, the sim will fill in the blanks with Unknown Players so your roster does not get disrupted. Also, IMPORTANT NOTICE - After each simulation STHS adjusts your lines according to the following idea: - The lines for Simulation #2 becomes the lines for Simulation #1 - The lines for simulation #3 becomes the lines for simulation #2 etc.
It's very important to fill your lines completely from Simulation #2 to Simulation #10 to prevent the simulator create lines on your behalf. This action may be disabled by using the Disable Multiple Lines in Row option.I do this now where I Copy All Rosters and Copy All Lines to populate my client's future lines. I'll switch goalies when I have back-to-back games but otherwise I'm comfortable knowing I have valid lines for at least 10 games in advance. I haven't had the sim reset my lines since.
