Not sure where to have posted this. I want to wait a year on Brayden Schenn's activation as he's below the games played mark.

I think that 7 games played in the AHL and 8 in the NHL means he's created, I don't think that it's at least 10 games in one league, it could be combined.
Bryce, of course, has the final say though.

Not the way I understand it. Doesn't make sense to be combined 10 games NHL and AHL.

Sure it does, the rule states:
if the rule was 10 or more AHL or NHL games, then you would have a point. But Schenn's 15 games in both the NHL and AHL means he'll be created.
