Before we get into trouble here I'd like to ammend a the rules as they are a bit ambiguous regarding RFA compensation. -------------- OLD RULE: less than 1 million-----5th rounder 1-2million-------3rd rounder 2-3 million--------2nd rounder 3-4 million--------1st rounder 4-5 million -------1st and 2nd rounder over 5 million-------3 1st round picks -------------- NEW RULE $150,000 to $999,999 = 5th Rounder $1,000,000 to $1,999,999 = 3rd Rounder $2,000,000 to $2,999,999 = 2nd Rounder $3,000,000 to $3,999,999 = 1st Rounder $4,000,000 to $4,999,999 = 1st & 2nd Rounder $5,000,000 + = Three 1st Rounders

Is the rule based purely on yearly salary or the average per year including a bonus? Thanks!

As in you can't offer a RFA a bonus or that you can offer a bonus but they are not averaged out and added to determine compensation? For being anal you sure are vague

LOL. To simplify the process of determining RFA compensation. There are no bonuses to be offered.
