To be used when a player has incentives on his deal. The team making the incentive is responisble for the incentives even if they player has been dealt. So be smart with them.
5.(i) Singing bonuses are allowed however are restricted to the formula as already laid out in the BRHL rules: [((base salary*yrs)/2)]. Incentives will also be considered, however they are NON TRANSFERABLE. If a player with an incentive clause for whatever acheivement is dealt, the SIGNING TEAM is responsible for the payout of moneys owed to the player. This enables league statisticians to easily track which player is owed which bonuses at seasons end; and prevents general managers from washing their hands of their own financial miscalculations.
