Best league I'm currently in. I did leave you a suggestion on realignment for BRHL minors...which I hope is given a chance (or at least review). GM's here are solid and know their hockey (except for Kirk, but he gets picked on enough , just kidding man...Edmonton's still going to kick your ass say a few GM's ;D) The rules are intriguing and allow for every team the opportunity to be competitive within a couple seasons: see Washington, Los Angeles, Calgary, Columbus. The minor league system is probably the only problem I have with the league and it has been newly instituted so I have to give it a chance. All in all, great people and rules (that are easily understood and adhered to) make for a great league.

Bryce you have done an amazing job with this league, and same goes for all the other active and smart GM's who make this league such a great league. Everyone keep up the good work.

This is one of two really great leagues that I am in. I have been in quite a few and currently am in 5. This one does stand out. I gave it a 9, I never give 10s on anything because no matter how good something is there is always room for improvement so the BRHL gets the highest score that I give out.

Your latest additions (minor leagues, world cup, captaincy, articles etc) has added a ton to this league. I find myself enjoying more than ever now (not to mention that my rebuilding project is actually showing some progress.)
My one concern would be your ability to keep it up. It's new and fun now, but writing articles is taxing.... even if it's a GM, writing a new article for a fa ntasy league every week can be a big commitment... I question whether it can be kept up to this level, but if it can be, it's awesome!

Brhl is the best league running in fhl that i have ever came across. lots of articles and lots of other things going on, (world cup, Minors.) the only drawback is that their are sum g.ms who cant put it all together and suceed (cough cal cough) and their are some g.m's who think their good g.ms when their teams are crappy. (cough bryce & bryce cough)
lol just buggin yeah guys,

What? Hold on. The Capitals are a bad team? Your KIDDING me. I had no idea.
Do you not recognize that a team's quality might not be a reflection on its GM? I could have just started with a championship calibre team and then bragged my head off about it. That would have been easy. But, no. I ASKED Bryce for the worst team in the league. I wanted a challenge. I've taken an absolutely abysmal franchise and given it a future. And now, finally, my team will be going places. That's a much bigger accomplishment then starting a championship calibre team and not screwing them up.
Go ahead and try it if your brave. Take an expansion team and see where you get.

Yeah I did stack up for a run last year. Dont act like you are not trying to win it this year and have not tried every year including last year until you lost Jagr for well nothing. The whole "Im trying to win next year," is just an early excuse for when you choke for the 4th consecutive year. I may not have a cup but neither do you. At least I have a presidents Trophy to show for it, it may not be the cup which is what I wanted, but it is more than you have. And if you have never made the "clear attempt" is that for a lack of balls?
lol just buggin yeah.

Hey Kirk, FYI, I simmed 3 sets just for fun and each set the Leafs were first in the East. Even Philly was ahead of you.
Heheh. Don't count your eggs until they hatch or some shit like that.

And to continue on Ken's post...I have test simmed now 10 seasons, and Toronto, Tampa, the Islanders and Philadelphia all won the conference more than the Devils did. New Jersey on average was a 91.5 point team and on average finished 4th in the east (finishing as low as 7th). No conference wins and only 2 division wins.

when i simmed 4 seasons the devils made the cup twice and lost in 7 one year and got upset in the first season first round by TB.
aand edmonton only made the conference final 2 but never the cup. Sj and Colorado made it once to the cup and St.louis twice.
detriot missed the playoffs in one of my simmed seasons.
what im saying is that it is very very bad way to measure teams by test sims cause if a guy gets injured sometimes it'll put in a way worse player than you would actually put in. and it autos your line so..
