I may have posted this here before but I'll do it again anyway.
I LOVE firing up the grill and am always interested in some new recipes. Let's hear some of your faves.
I made this last night and it was great
Gringo Burgers
1 tblsp veg oil 1 lg. sweet onion (halved and thinly sliced) 4 tblsp Tabasco brand Chipolte Pepper Sauce 1 tblsp Worcestershire sauce 1.5 lbs. Ground beef ( I prefer regular cause of the FAT Content) mmm more juicy 1/4 cup cilantro chopped 1/4 cup green onion 1 tsp salt cheese of your choice ( I used Monterey)
- Heat oil, add onion, cook 5 minutes or till they brown - Stir in chipolte sauce and Worcestershire sauce, mix well remove from heat - Remove onion, Combine remaining ingredients, mix well, shape burgers - cook well (avoid the Mad Cow) - top burger with cheese and onions - crack beer and eat
Got this recipe from the Tabasco brand Chipolte Pepper Sauce box.

I thought about having a recipe board... would be interesting to see what sort of combinations Bryce makes with cheetos, KD, and ketchup... speaking of odd combinations, this morning I was so tired I tried make cinnamon toast. I made a couple slices and went back for seconds. It wasn't until I began to put everything away did I realize I had used Ground Corriandor instead of Cinnamon on my toast...

Doesnt anyone else use a grill? I do, but I don't do anything special with it. Or if I do, I'm the one eating as my Roommate (a chef) does the preperation and grilling. My main area of grilling are burgers and hot dogs.

Doesnt anyone else use a grill? I live in an apartment and have an indoor grill but it's not the same. No smoky flavour.
