I'm picking Buffalo. Why? Better coaching, injuries healing (look for Teppo to get more time), and Miller will stand tall. Plus there is a slight momentum edge.

I picked Buffalo to win the series, but I think Carolina pulls it out......simply because Dougie still rules

i'm hoping for the sabres, just because their defense must be overworked right now, so the oilers can just use their hitting any dman in sight tactic to great effect....

I'm hoping for the Canes, mainly because I think the Sabres are a bigger threat to the Oilers than the Canes.

I wish to change my vote. Jay McKee is not dressing in game seven due to an infected cut on his shin. Buffalo is a better team, but missing four regular defensemen, three of who are top four, is too big a hill to climb.

It's too bad. It almost looked like (heading into the third) that Sabres might hold on. It's probably for the best that the club didn't move on.
