Shouldn't there be an off night or two for the Oilers? It might be good or bad playing with minimal rest, but if there was a game 7 with SJ it would have been this Friday. It does not seem right that the next round in the West should start on that day now.

they released the schedule Tuesday stating that if it went 7 games that the winner would play Anaheim on Sunday, if the Oilers won game 6 round two would start Friday.

Regular seasons and 2nd seasons aren't to be confused. Ottawa cooked the Leafs a couple of years back and were swept out in four by the Buds in the postseason. Although, it looks like Edmonton has avoided gettting swept . . . .
