I'm hoping Mike Johnston gets promoted or we bring in a motivational coach like Sutter or Habscheid. Please no Stan Smyl.

I think one Sutter in the Pacific is plenty. I can see Brent taking a shot down south somewhere, and Pat has already has a "I beleive in Van" T-shirt. I'd like to see Ted Nolan back coaching in the NHL, but something funny happened there and I'm not sure he'll get another start. I'll say that Paul Maurice gets the job. I think that the Leafs being the short sighted opportunistic organization that they are will not be complacent with just promoting Maurice to the NHL level. There is not enough drama in doing so. They'll snap up Crawford (who did coach in the TML organization way back - he was out here in St. John's for a stint and watched the club lose the Calder in a wild seven game series against Adirondack. (No team won a home game in the series, and unfortunately the baby Leafs had home ice (dis)advantage.)
Then with his carrot gone Maurice will be picked up by Nonis. In my opinion, it's a good fit. Maurice is NHL ready but not Toronto ready, whereas Crawford has a lot more experience to call on to deal with the political situation in TO. Moreover, I get a feeling that Maurice might be a sensible man and there's no way anyone with his head screwed on straight (unless they are particularly 'ego-advantaged' would want to coach with the Leafs). Crawford however, fits the bill.
So I vote Maurice for the Canuck bench boss job next season.

Anaheim Ducks is what they will be called. Now to get rid of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim and it'll be great.
