Seeing Toronto, NJ, Colorado go in the 20s for the NHL lottery just made my day! Screw you Toronto. Those guys on TSN looked so dejected after that... Haha in yo face!

=( Well when it was down to Anaheim and Pittsburgh I was rooting HARD for Anaheim just b/c here in Vancouver we'd see Crosby 8 times a year. Crosby in Pittsburgh we'll hardly ever see him in Vancouver. But I guess it's best as they need the star the best

WWow Malkin is gonna make an amazing number 2.
I was not pleased. It started out so well, the defending champs 30th, Dallas 28th, Calgary 26th...............then.............NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...........Edmonton 25th. We got screwed hard. I knew the chances of getting Crosby were low, but I was hopiong for a tp 10 and would be pissed at anything under a bottom 15 as we have missed the playoffs 2 of the last 3 years but the damn hockey gods are all ugly mofo bastards who can only make up for this by delivering us Forsberg, but I know that aint happening.
I had said before that it would be unfair if he ended up in Pitts, Edm, or LA due to having the Great One and the Magnificent One in their primes, but I gues Pittsburgh needed ANOTHER top prospect to go with Fleurry and Malkin (Bastards). In fairness though, had there been a season Pittsburgh had a really good shot at last place so I guess there is some Justice. However I do not think my Oil would have been in the top 6..........GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.

The kicker is that the team was pretty much fallen that low on purpose with the selling of the stars for spare parts... Kovalev, Jagr, et al.... They failed moreso on purpose....

The greatest was finding the Rangers falling out of the top half.

the selling of stars by the penguins was to get ready for this point: a post lockout with a salary cap/cost certanty, low payroll and a lot of young prospects. I was pissed to see kovalev, jagr, lang, kasperitis, straka and everyone else leave, but now it all is coming together. To think, 10miles from my house I will get to see lemieux and crosby on the same line...i think i just wet my pants The only peoblem with Crosby is that he really drives up the resale value of the team to another city. Pittsburgh: build a fucking arena!

It's going to be a very long time before anything "comes together" in Pittsburgh.
