I think several clubs played over the cap last night. People in the west might want to look into this. I apologize in advance if I'm in error here, but if I'm not, heads must roll. Afterall, I received no advance warning - then poof Stevie Y was gone.

since its people in the west you are warning I may assume you are talking about my team being over the cap (forgive me if I am wrong) but if you look at the IR list I have paid to place Jason Arnott on there so his salary does not count against the cap meaning my cap right now is 3.4 million less than it shows.

Yes it was San Jose I was looking at, and I apologize for any confusion/grief I caused. And, I'm sorry for getting my brother worked up - it's very easy to do.
However, if anyone/sombody could answer me this question. One is over the cap when:
a) His pro payroll tops 42 mil; or is it
b) The club's Salary Commitment: Year 4 is over 42 mil.
