Just got a new computer that will actually play this game
HOLY SHIT
The greatest game of any Genre EVER.
It is ridiculously in depth, and detailed, with the new 3D graphics, this game in un-freakin believable.
Any other Civ junkies out there?

Yeah, I was a HUGE Civ III fan, my god that game was amazing.
then when Play the World came out...wow my brother and I had some good times kicking some AI ass.
Civ4 was good, but I've liked the older one better. My bro and I still play from time to time. My all time favorite was "Chief Hiawatha" or I liked being the Ottomans.
Never played Civ4 enough, but I still have it lying around somewhere.

Got Civ3 over the weekend. and I suck at it, mainly cause I don't play many non-sports simulation games. Nor was I really that big into the Command And Conquer either. This game is fun, and I'll use the tips Bryce gave me to make me even better.

Civ3 conquests was very good, although I don't get how you could prefer it to civ4....Civ 4 is sooo in depth, so many different Tech trees, and much harder even at the corresponding level in civ4 because their military AI is much improved. Plus they wont trade you certain technologies.
