NO, not Paul Kariaya but Martin Kariya.
ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH 06/02/2007
With Blues President John Davidson in Toronto for the NHL combine, general manager Larry Pleau continued to collect contract signings for the organization Friday.
Forward Patrik Berglund, defenseman Jonas Junland and forward Nikolai Lemtyugov now belong to the Blues. Berglund, the 25th pick in last year's draft, and Junland, the 64th pick, needed to be signed by next summer or the Blues would have lost their rights.
The club also signed forward Martin Kariya, 25, the brother of Nashville Predator Paul Kariya, and goalie Juuso Riksman, 30, on Friday.

Makes me think Boyes (playing C) could have a decent season.
