New York Yankees I have to hate any team that thinks that it is their automatic birthright to win the championship every season.
Boston Red Sox I hate the Red Sox simply because they hate the Yankees so much, they go out and do everything they can do to defeat them, and in the process spend just as much as the Evil Empire. They are just as bad as the Yankees in terms of bastardizing their sport for pure greed
Pittsburgh Steelers I don’t hate the team as much as I hate the fans. If you ever walked thru the parking lot of a Steelers home game, you would know the type of people I talk about. I root for them to lose, just because the entire city is depressed and downright suicidal whenever the team is doing bad.
Team Canada (Hockey) See New York Yankees
Team USA (Hockey) I’m sorry. I love my country, but I hate 90% of the players on the team USA roster, and I just can’t shut that off for two weeks of the NHL season. I fucking hate Hatcher; I Don’t like Chelios, Weight, or Tkachuk; and I’m not a fan of Esche, Rafalski, or Guerin. Maybe once all those old farts are finally treated like Roenick and not invited to try out for the team anymore, and some of the younger players I like are on the team, I will be proud to root for my country again. Until then, I will only root for Team USA when watching Miracle
Team USA (Basketball) This is too much like the episode of South Park where Cartman is trying to win the Special Olympics. Theoretically, they should dominate, but it is more satisfying to watch them loose to inferior players on better teams.
Pittsburgh Pirates Fuck you Kevin McClatchy, spend some fucking money or sell the fucking team
Toledo Ice Dogs I was a big, big fan of the local Junior A hockey team, the Pittsburgh Forge, and they moved to Toledo 2 weeks after winning the championship, and became the Ice Dogs. Why did you sell your people out, Dave Hanson?
Dallas Mavericks I don’t like Mark Cuban. He is a loud mouth piece of shit who doesn’t put his money where his mouth is. He has had run ins with Mario Lemieux concerning penguins’ ownership. He also is always saying that he wants to buy the Pittsburgh Pirates, when he knows that they aren’t for sale. The other team in town is up for sale, yet he doesn’t want to put up any money for them. He just plays the media in town to maintain a good public image in his former hometown, and the media is drawn to it like flies to shit.
Pitt and Penn State I don’t really follow college football at all, but some of my friends do. Whenever I’m around Penn State people, I root for Pitt, and vice versa. Fuck Jopa, give it up.
NHL Teams I hate include Philly cause they are the rival team, The Rangers because thats where all the big name talent left to go to, the Hurricanes because they will never be the Whalers, Pheonix because hockey has no business out in the desert, and The Oilers because of Gretzky

Countries USA (hockey and basketball), France (anything)
States (or Provinces) Quebec, Washington, New York, Texas
Cities New York City, Montreal
Teams NHL Montreal Canadiens, New York Rangers, Colorado Avalanche (only the Avalanche years, does not include the Nordique years) and any Bob Clarke captained or managed Philadelphia Flyers team (the non-Clarke Flyers happen to be one of my favorite team stretches of all time in hockey)
NFL any AFC east team besides the Dolphins
MLB New York Yankees, Atlanta Braves, Washington Nationals, Boston Red Sox (now that they have won a recent World Series)
NBA New York Knicks (see a theme here?), Los Angeles Lakers, New Orleans/Oklahoma City Hornets (simply for how the league and ownership has treated the team, not so much the team itself - but the fact that the league used a displaced team to promote possible expansion, good business idea, poor social idea), New Jersey/Brooklyn Nets
College any Pac-10 school besides California, any WCC school besides Santa Clara and Gonzaga
Other Bobby Clarke (this falls under NHL, however I hate the person he is, and I have met him - manager, player, person, take your pick, just hope he leaves the Flyers eventually); the RSL (for their treatment or lack thereof of the IIHF agreement - I understand that they want to protect their own interests, however, they aren't really protecting anything by not coming up with something - the league is solid on a whole however); the international governing body for track and field - how can 99% of them not be taking drugs...Ben Johnson publicly fails a drug test and ends up falling out of the sport - Carl Lewis fails one and he's still a national hero? how the hell does that work? now fast forward and Justin Gatlin accepts an 8 year ban...Dick Pound needs to focus on these problems as opposed to what the NHL, MLB, and NBA are doing...I could go on with what I hate about in pro and amateur sports but that covers it for now.
